Where I add value

Best aligned to senior roles across Enterprise / Solution Architecture, IT & Technology Leadership, Cloud & Platform Architecture, API & Integration, Data/AI platforms, Digital Transformation and emerging-technology R&D. The common thread is simple: understand the business problem, make sound architecture decisions, and help teams deliver technology that works in production.

What colleagues and industry leaders say

Mohamed Salman joined us at a time of fast growth in our product engineering team and at a time when ONEGCC's data infrastructure was under incredible pressure from growing traffic, users, etc. He provided strong leadership at a critical point in the team's history of transitioning from a monolithic software platform to a microservices architecture, built a great team, delivered a highly-complex roadmap and deployed a bunch of mission critical technology for the company by leveraging AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Angelo Embuldeniya

CTO @ Capacitee Employment Solutions W.L.L

It was fantastic to work with Mohmed for a GCC National Digital Recruitment Platform project . He managed and developed a Employment Management software according to the latest AWS cloud computing which is now the most widely used in the GCC. He brings his breadth of experience to every task he takes on and is relentless in achieving quality results, He knows how to architect a solution to give high levels of productivity with strong cloud computing aspects. Mohammed is the Lead and head engineer on that project. The results speak for themselves. Words like "proactive" can be thrown around too easily in business, but without Mohamed's suggestions, responsiveness, adaptability and "can do" attitude the project would never have been the success that it was. Overall, a real asset to the engineering team and a he's a fun gentlemen to work with.

I would recommend Mohamed for his professionalism and diligence. He is professional, dedicated, and proactive. In addition, Mohamed understands the GCC/Saudi culture and how impactful it can be to be familiar with the local culture. He is always the go-to person for project issues and challenges; he can always provide clear and insightful solutions to address these problems.

I had the chance to learn about Mohammed's work while partnering with STS in some projects and tasks such as Open Data, eKiosks, eGov Portal. He is an excellent web and UI designer who has a great understanding for look and feel and navigability, this really makes him stand out amongst other developers. He is a very ambitious professional with outstanding tech knowledge and is always seeking to learn more.

Mohamed is a competent and well-liked team player, and he is a versatile individual that can serve in many different roles. He has proven himself capable in development and design, as well as quality control and management. I managed Mohamed for almost three years. However, I still working with him on an ad-hoc basis since we both left the company. I highly recommend him; he is a great asset to any company.
